Until a few years ago, I was still working successfully in the wedding industry. Then, from one day to the next, life confronted me with a life-threatening health challenge that remained part of my life for quite some time. Yet from the very beginning, one thing was clear to me: I would remain happy.
Today, that chapter lies behind me, and I am deeply grateful to have come through it successfully.
I found the strength I needed in the wisdom of ancient Eastern philosophies, which I have studied for more than 20 years, particularly Buddhism.
During this intense period, a desire grew ever stronger within me to create a place where people could learn what it feels like to be happy, regardless of the circumstances they may find themselves in.
I am aware that this is a very ambitious and perhaps idealistic goal. Yet it was precisely this wish that led me towards my new path.
During a meditation, a very clear intuitive impulse suddenly came to me: Train in something that you believe will benefit people and perhaps help them become a little happier.
That Monday, I got up from my meditation. By Saturday of the same week, I had begun my training in sound therapy with Rafa Monsonis in Madrid.
This was followed by my training in foot reflexology at Estena’tem. In February 2027, I will also begin my training in Japanese facial lifting massage there.
For several years now, this work has been a project very close to my heart. Working personally and individually with each person is deeply fulfilling and reminds me again and again how right this new path feels for me.
